A Slovak company, creating distribution networks for Producers and Suppliers in automotive aftermarket in 26 countries of Eastern Europe is extending the Sales Team.
We are looking for a new Team member – Sales Manager for Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Main tasks are:
– Providing commercial service to existing clients
– Searching for new potential clients – distributors
– Promotion of brands and products represented by the company
– Together with the Supervisor / Commercial Manager formulate sales plans and objectives on an annual basis and carry them out within the territory and being fully responsible for fulfilment of these plans
– Preparing marketing plans and participation on marketing actions
– Regular reporting to the supervisor
– Fully participate in annual sales performance, reviews and trainings. Implement the company’s strategy and targets.
– Home office work.
– Very good communication skills
– Active spoken and written communication in English; Russian is an advantage
– Creativity and constructive thinking
– Experience in automotive business is an advantage
– Ready to travel intensively on weekly basis
– Driving license “B” category, driving experience
– Self-employed person – working on the Contract basis
